L'histoire
Une jeune actrice intrépide trouve son bonheur grâce à un cinéaste et qui lui promet de faire d'elle la vedette de son prochain grand film d'aventure. Les deux protagonistes mettent le cap sur la mystérieuse Skull Island où ils rencontrent le fameux singe de 20 pieds de haut et de 2 000 livres, connu sous le nom de Kong. Elle Créé alors un lien inattendue avec cette créature indomptable tandis que son réalisateur élabore un plan pour capturer Kong et le montrer aux spectateurs new-yorkais.
